Hello to everyone!! I have just made my fantastic cheese cake, yeeeeeah!! that's delicious and beautiful ...
The only drawback: soft fruits aren't very sweet ...

I haven't used any philadelphia, no cream and jelly.... only Mascarpone, ricotta and eggs...:-)
